ADDITIVE POWDER FOR AUTOMATIC BOTTLE WASHING MACHINES USING HARD WATER
Composition: Power based on retaining agent, non – ionic surfactants (wetting agent and detergents).
Properties: Used as an additive to caustic soda in automatic bottle washing machines. High wetting power shines and gives fast, complete draining of the bottle. Does not produce foam under working conditions. High retaining power makes it suitable for use with hard water (see below). Applications: Bottle washing in the brewing, milk, soft drink and mineral water industry. Added directly to the washing machine at a concentration of 5 -10% of caustic soda

Composition: Lubricant based on fatty acids, surfactants and retaining agents.
Properties: Slightly alkaline liquid. Eases the movement of the bottles. Provides a soft detergent action to keep the conveyor chains clean and bright. Prevents the excessive formation of foam even in sections where it accumulates. Suitable for use in installations with electronic inspection.
Maximum: As it is a concentrated lubricant for fast bottle conveyors, it is assumed the water is soft or de – calcified.

Composition: OXA – MOUSE ST is an alkaline and foamy liquid detergent. Applied by a foaming machine provides a double effect: degreaser and chellating, specially indicated for typical soils of the food industry (milk, meat, preserved foods, etc).
